Job Summary
Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets. Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations, and assist Relationship Managers with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates. Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate them regarding plan participation. This remote position includes up to 25% travel for new plan enrollments and offers an incentive bonus based on pre-defined metrics and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Series 7
- Series 66
- appropriate state insurance licenses
- Must have excellent presentation skills
- Must not have made any political contributions that would disqualify the candidate or Corebridge Financial from conducting business
- Must disclose all U.S. political contributions made by the candidate and their household family members over the past two years
