Job Summary
Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets. Actively participate in benefit fairs, new employee orientations, and the annual plan review process. Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate them regarding plan participation. Assist Relationship Managers and District Vice Presidents with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates. This role involves objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees eligible for the applicable retirement savings plan.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Series 7
- Series 66
- appropriate state insurance licenses
- Must have excellent presentation skills
- Must not have made any political contributions that would disqualify the candidate or Corebridge Financial from conducting business
- Must disclose all U.S. political contributions made by the candidate and their household family members over the past two years
- Must be able to travel up to 25%
