Job Summary
Provide objective retirement-plan guidance aligned with plan sponsors and eligible employees; conduct in-person or video presentations to raise awareness of plan features and grow assets; lead enrollment and age-based financial education meetings; participate in benefits fairs and new employee orientations; assist with annual plan reviews and educational planning; meet with participants to educate on plan participation and deferral opportunities; travel may be required up to 25% for new enrollments; salary-paid position with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits; remote work arrangement with company-provided tools and compliance support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Series 7 license
- Series 66 license
- State insurance licenses
- Excellent presentation skills
- CFP, ChFC desirable
