Job Summary
Manage client caseloads as the primary contact, delivering testing results and year-end packages while ensuring timely compliance corrections and 5500 filings. Review cross-testing and ADP/ACP data for defined contribution plans, calculate profit-sharing contributions using new comparability allocation methods, and track client-submitted data to follow up on missing information. Consult with clients, advisors, and internal teams to resolve compliance issues and answer questions, maintaining strong relationships through proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. This role supports Cetera Retirement Plan Specialists in navigating retirement plan complexities for plan sponsors and participants.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of Defined Contribution Plan Administration experience within a TPA
Desired Qualifications
- Cash Balance/Defined Benefit Plan Administration experience
