Job Summary

Manage daily administration of retirement and pension programs, partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective plan operations. Review eligibility, contribution, and deduction data while supporting compliance requirements, audits, and plan documentation. Resolve employee and HR inquiries related to retirement benefits and drive process improvements and program enhancements. This role serves as a key liaison between Benefits, Payroll, Finance, HR, Legal, and external providers to ensure accurate plan execution. Located in Canada with 25% travel, the position offers competitive compensation with performance incentives and customizable group benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-6 years of retirement plan administration or benefits experience
  • Knowledge of retirement plan compliance and vendor management
  • 25% travel

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting retirement and pension programs across the U.S., Canada, U.K., and Ireland, including global plan harmonization and integration initiatives
