Job Summary
Conduct daily welfare checks via physical visits or phone calls to ensure resident safety and comfort. Manage tenancy operations including empty property oversight, new lettings, and open days. Resolve tenancy issues through collaboration with external agencies and departments. Oversee communal areas, building safety, maintenance, and outside services like grounds and window cleaning. Perform cyclical compliance testing for fire alarms and specific equipment. Address safeguarding concerns and ASB incidents while ensuring all actions align with organizational policy.
Required Qualifications
- An appreciation of the needs and problems of older people, and people with disabilities or special needs
- Knowledge of care and support services available to clients
- A caring and empathetic approach
- Excellent attention to detail in order to notice any change in the condition of a customer and take appropriate action
- Good IT skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft systems including Excel
- Customer service experience specifically working with elderly and/or vulnerable people
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, we are not able to provide visa sponsorship
- A basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required for the successful candidate as part of the pre-employment process - Criminal Conviction Checks
