Retirement Disability Specialist

Two-person married couple will reside on-campus in student homes as Flex Houseparents, providing care, supervision, and guidance for ~813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and eventually transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with campus guidelines. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; role includes full-time schedule with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off.
