Job Summary
Retirement Disability Specialist role for a two-person married couple serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, medications administration, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance available; comprehensive benefits provided.
