Job Summary
Manage strategic planning, consulting, and investment analysis for assigned retirement book of business while developing relationships with key sponsors to drive retention and growth. Deliver plan review meetings and participant education seminars, maintaining real-time CRM updates and ensuring conformance with regulatory policies. Lead team goals for service levels and growth, utilizing strong quantitative skills to produce thoughtful client advice. Requires Series 65 license, 3-5 years advisory experience, and hybrid work in Irvine, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Series 65 and state insurance license
- Bachelors degree
- 3-5 years demonstrated advisory, client management and plan management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Microsoft Teams
- RPAG
- Redtail
- SalesForce
- Ability to learn any other appropriate program or software system used by the firm as necessary
- Ability to remain flexible yet focused during stressful situations
- Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to express complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Highly organized and able to quickly prioritize multiple assignments with high quality results
- Hybrid in Irvine, California
- Regional travel up to 10% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Broad background in retirement products and general investment matters
- CPFA, AIF, QKA, CFP, and/or CFA
- Ability to develop a thorough understanding of our business, products, and services
- Ability to effectively produce and deliver plan review meetings (in-person or virtual)
- Ability to effectively deliver participant education and wellness seminars (in-person or virtual)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and face-to-face relationship building abilities
- Strong quantitative and analytic skills
