Job Summary
Support the client-facing team by delivering prompt, accurate communication related to retirement plan administration and compliance within a queued work environment. Manage administrative and technical tasks including compliance testing, Form 5500 preparation, and regulatory requirements using Salesforce to delegate tasks efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data handling, maintain operational integrity, and provide peer review support to level I administrators. Interpret documents, resolve technical problems, and identify process improvements while working independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business related field, or equivalent experience
- At least three years' of experience in financial services or related field
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good written/oral communication, organization, and client service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients
- Ability to work independently and set priorities
- Ability to interpret documents and resolve technical problems
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Available to work overtime to cover peak workloads and other business needs
- Ability to identify process improvement, serve as a project liaison for the team
- Must occasionally lift or move supplies and materials up to 20 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Applicable ASPPA designations or similar certifications preferred
