Retirement Analyst

Retirement Analyst role supporting retirement services by assisting Client Executives, Principals, and Client Managers with retirement plan provider selection, evaluating proposals (costs and benefits), coordinating enrollment materials, and maintaining the CRM (Salesforce). Responsibilities include tracking plan transfers and broker-of-record changes, preparing and coordinating materials for presentations, coordinating with carriers for smooth plan implementations, conducting employee open enrollment meetings, attending sales meetings, and maintaining documentation. Requires college degree and 3+ years of securities experience, Series 65 license, strong communication and math skills, attention to detail, and proficient use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. On-site activity in San Diego, CA; base salary range $41,200–$76,800 with potential incentives and benefits.
