Job Summary
Conduct immediate surgical volume for cataract and vitreoretinal procedures, including retinal detachment repair, macular surgery, diabetic eye disease, and complex posterior segment cases. Manage a robust patient base with established referral access while functioning comfortably with clinical and surgical demand. Complete a 1:3 months call rotation where optometrists take the first call. Collaborate with nationally recognized subspecialists and pursue teaching, research, and leadership opportunities within a busy, multi-subspecialty team. Join a fellowship-trained, BC/BE Retina specialist role in a growing multi-specialty practice expanding to a new location by late 2025.
Required Qualifications
- Fellowship trained
- BC/BE Retina specialist
- Interest in anterior segment and cataracts
- Exceptional surgical skills
- Talent to develop and maintain excellent relationships with referring physicians
- Ability to function comfortably with clinical and surgical demand
