Job Summary
Manage a full-time surgical retina practice in Phoenix, AZ, adapting quickly to handle approximately 30 cases per week. Lead a tenured staff of five MDs and two ODs within a single ASC environment, with opportunities for partnership negotiation. The role includes refractive surgery procedures and potential involvement in research initiatives. Compensation includes a guaranteed 350K collections target for the first year, a sign-on bonus, and a relocation bonus for the relocating physician. Benefits comprise 3 to 4 weeks of PTO based on tenure, 401K, and full medical and dental coverage.
