Job Summary
Manage daily surgical practice with a current volume of 40-50+ days and over 300 vitreoretinal procedures annually. Perform cataract surgeries exceeding 4000 volume per year while overseeing practice administration and collaborating with a corporate team. Maintain hospital call rotations in Buffalo, Williamsville, Orchard Park, and Niagara Falls, supported by a staff of seven MDs and two ODs. Utilize Alcon Constellation vitreous systems and Alcon Wavelight for refractive surgery. This partnership opportunity includes a bonus structure and relocation support for the 3-5 year fellowship-trained specialist.
