Job Summary
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while pursuing development through conversion and retention. Collaborate with departments to optimize experience, increase engagement, and drive sales KPIs. Adapt quickly to fast-paced environments by mastering product knowledge, front and back office tools, and marketing offers. This role involves 6 days of rotating shifts (8am-8pm or 8pm-8am) within WorkaNova's global customer experience team, supporting Fintech and e-commerce sectors across 10+ languages.
Required Qualifications
- 6 days and 12hrs of work from 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am
- Rotating shift every month
- Sales background from any industry
- Good track record of hitting sales KPI
- Capable to adapt in a fast phasing environment from product knowledge, use of front and back office and marketing offers
