RETENTION SPECIALIST SB 12p to 830pm

Job Summary
Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits. Conduct exit interviews and collect and analyze employee data to reduce turnover and increase team member workplace morale. Assist the HR Team in the organization and updating of employee files via Document Manager, create and conduct training for employees, and oversee employee orientation and new hire onboarding. The role requires strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Retention Specialist or similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS and related Human Resources Time and Attendance Software Systems
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent computer skills including all Microsoft Office systems
- Bilingual would be preferred.

- 3 (+) years’ work experience as a Human Resource Professional
