Responsibilities include managing escalated cancellation requests, identifying root causes for cancellations, and contacting customers through various communication methods to negotiate save offers, service adjustments, and contract renewals. Candidates should possess a persuasive and customer-focused mindset, critical thinking skills, and the ability to thrive in a high call volume environment. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retention.
