Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in client services, intake, sales, customer service, or related field preferred
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish required
- Proficiency with CRM systems, case management software, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking abilities
