Job Summary
Retention-focused Sales Development Representative will engage with existing customers to identify opportunities for retention, expansion, and revenue growth; build relationships with key contacts, understand customer needs, and navigate organizational structures to connect with decision-makers who can influence renewals and upsell opportunities. Responsibilities include working closely with retention teams to schedule qualified appointments, to produce real business opportunities; assist with the collection and resolution of past-due invoices; participate in training and development to build sales skills; certification and mastery around demonstrating our world-class products; and working towards promotion into a sales role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Prior lead generation or inside sales experience
- Great listener, quick thinker, and the ability to work solo and as a team
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Detail orientated with the ability to follow defined processes
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Windows and Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Google Chrome, and LinkedIn
