Contact customers by telephone to re-arrange lapsed or cancelled Life Insurance policies, overcoming concerns and selling product benefits through outbound B2C sales. Perform fact finds, provide solutions, and adhere to the sales process while retaining detailed product knowledge. Achieve daily sales targets within a fast-paced environment, leveraging strong communication skills and a passion for influencing others. Work within a successful, award-winning company that arranges over 15,000 new policies monthly.
