Job Summary
Senior Retention Program Manager oversees and manages multiple retention initiatives for SCAN, leading cross-functional teams, developing program plans, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. Responsible for planning and budgeting retention activities, promoting programs internally, supervising program staff, and delivering retention insights through data analysis. Drives retention strategy by identifying trends and risks, translating findings into recommendations for leadership, and coordinating with market and network teams to improve member experience and reduce disenrollment. Designs and executes retention campaigns and events from concept to completion, coordinating training materials, telephony configuration, workflows, and reporting. Collaborates on data models to identify members for retention outreach and prepares executive-ready summaries and presentations for leadership. Demands a member-focused mindset, strong collaboration across teams, and comfort with AI-enabled tools to optimize retention outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of related experience in retention, strategy, sales/growth, or payor operations (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to design, implement, and monitor campaigns, workflows, and outreach strategies from concept through execution
- Curiosity about AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies that can enhance analysis and streamline workflows
