Job Summary
Lead assigned retention marketing projects from planning through completion, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional activities across Marketing, Merchandising, Brand & Creative, and other business partners. Build, review, schedule, and deploy email marketing and direct mail campaigns while assisting with setup, audience selection, testing, quality assurance, and deployment. Support the development and execution of customer segmentation strategies by partnering with CRM and analytics teams to ensure appropriate audiences are reached. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign assets, creative vision, approvals, and timelines. Maintain flexibility in work schedule to meet business needs in a hybrid environment. Uphold company values of integrity, creativity, and collaboration while safeguarding trade secrets and customer data.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in a Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Communications, or related field
- At least 4+ years of experience in media planning or media buying
- One to three years experience in direct response marketing or a similar role
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM platforms and analytics tools
- The ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain flexibility in work schedule to meet business needs, including an in-office and from home hybrid work environment

Desired Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in a Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Communications, or related field preferred
- Experience in Monday.com and Salesforce is a plus
