Job Summary
Retention Marketing Coordinator responsible for day-to-day execution of retention programs across email, SMS, and supporting channels in Klaviyo; build, QA, schedule, and deploy campaigns; maintain automated lifecycle flows; manage segmentation and dynamic audiences; support A/B testing; partner with Creative/Brand to develop on-brand assets; analyze performance and build retention dashboards; coordinate briefs and asset trafficking; contribute to cross-channel retention initiatives including catalog, paid remarketing, and affiliate; requires 1-4 years in email/CRM/retention marketing, strong Klaviyo expertise, cross-channel retention knowledge, data-driven mindset, and detail-oriented workflow.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or retention marketing
- Highly proficient Klaviyo experience (build emails, flows, lists, segments, troubleshooting)
- Strong knowledge of retention marketing across multiple channels (email, SMS, catalog, paid remarketing, affiliate)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
- Experience with GA4
- Attention to detail in QA, scheduling, and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Genuine interest in customer behavior and lifecycle marketing
- Experience in DTC, outdoor, or apparel is a plus but not required
