Job Summary
Own email retention strategy for clients across e-commerce and SaaS; build and optimize automated email journeys (welcome/onboarding/nurture/abandoned cart/win-back/re-engagement); segment audiences and personalize messaging based on behavior and lifecycle; monitor and analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, retention, churn); conduct A/B testing to improve campaigns; collaborate with design, content, and account teams to deliver impactful campaigns; stay ahead of deliverability best practices and CRM innovations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing
- Proven experience managing and optimizing automated email campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action
- Excellent project management and communication skills
