Job Summary
Retention Coordinator responsible for key student-success projects: overseeing undergraduate and graduate retention initiatives, transfer student support, testing/licensure workshop preparation, NevadaFIT implementation support, and academic recovery programs. Also responsible for oversight of data-driven assessment, research, and evaluation in collaboration with the Assistant Dean to drive continual improvement of student success; reports to the Assistant Dean and participates in assigned projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of related work experience or a Master’s degree and one year of related work experience
- related experience in student services; retention; program evaluation; assessment or a related field; and one year student support services
