Job Summary
Retention Case Manager in Everybody Builds’ workforce programming team. Provides direct, 1-on-1 case management and coordinates supportive services, stipends, and wraparound resources to help early-stage union apprentices overcome barriers. Serves as relationship manager with union partners, contractors, employers, and service providers. Responsibilities include structured intake assessments, Individual Support Plans (ISPs), biweekly check-ins, crisis response, warm referrals, and partnership development. Manages financial supports/disbursements and tracks services in Salesforce. Generates program metrics and reports, supports participant recruitment, and facilitates workshops. Hybrid in-office role in Philadelphia with responsibilities spanning case management, data tracking, stakeholder coordination, and program improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in case management, social services, workforce development, or a related field.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, public health, or a related field preferred.
