Job Summary
Retention Agent responsible for maintaining the customer base through inbound and outbound calls, targeted needs assessment, and offering tailored solutions. Role includes confirming customer satisfaction with products/services, following up on requests, recording actions in CRM, and contributing to product/service promotions. Requires at least 6 months of retention/customer care or sales experience, strong Greek language skills, solid computer/CRM proficiency, and excellent communication with a customer-focused approach. Five-day full-time shift in Athens with ongoing training and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of at least 6 months in retention, customer care or sales
- Proficiency in Greek (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of Celery? CRM systems (CRM proficiency)
- Excellent communication and customer-centric approach
- Ability to manage time and priorities
