Job Summary
Provide friendly and attentive service to guests throughout the visit; prepare drinks for retail and dining room (including batches for the retail counter); properly bag/box and arrange to-go food and pastry; perform sales transactions per cash handling policy; maintain pastry and bread displays; handle guest situations with empathy and elevate to a manager when needed; complete opening, mid, and closing procedures and daily checklists; keep areas clean and organized per cleaning checklists; answer phones with proper etiquette and take orders; available for training across dining room and retail spaces; experience 1-3 months in restaurant settings and familiarity with Toast POS; flexible schedule preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 months of related restaurant experience or training
- Experience with POS systems, especially Toast, a plus
- Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required
- Ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the dining room and retail space preferred
- Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
