Job Summary
Execute established procedures for assigned zones, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery. Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations. Oversee merchandise planning, receiving, and sales floor stocking while managing proper scheduling and staffing for effective unload and processing. Supervise associates within the zone, communicate directives, and perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store. Requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience at a mid- to large-size retailer, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
