Job Summary
The Retail Zone Team Leader oversees a designated zone of the store’s sales floor, guiding merchandising and customer service, supervising associates, and ensuring adherence to store standards. Responsibilities include merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, daily recovery, inventory processes, and staffing for unload/processing to the sales floor, with open/close duties as needed. Requires leadership, teamwork, strong customer interaction, and the ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
