Job Summary
Retail Wireless Consultant responsibilities include serving and selling to customers, delivering a best-in-class customer experience, leveraging digital tools, completing in-store training, educating customers on device and service solutions, and meeting sales, customer experience, and quality-of-sale targets. The role requires a High School Diploma/GED, at least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, being 18+ years old, and legal eligibility to work in the United States. Part-time position with base pay around $19.50/hour (with incentives and a guaranteed $20/hour inclusive of base and incentives). Travel not required.
