Retail & Wholesale Order and Delivery Coordinator

Process and coordinate daily retail and wholesale orders using company systems, preparing production reports and verifying shipping dates before releasing pull orders to the warehouse. Monitor wholesale email for incoming requests, coordinate will-call pickups, and communicate product availability or substitutions to customers while ensuring orders meet cut-off times. Prepare daily delivery routes, assign drivers, and verify quantities and crate requirements by uploading accurate information into delivery management software and generating route sheets. Update inventory data throughout the day, process sales invoices and credit memos, and review completed driver routes for discrepancies. Work closely with production, warehouse, and retail teams to resolve inventory shortages and maintain accurate information within Nav and LaceUp systems.
