Retail Warehouse Specialist

Retail Warehouse Specialist needed for Crutchfield’s Charlottesville Retail Store. Responsibilities include unloading and checking in daily inventory shipments, preparing returns and outgoing inventory, loading items onto trucks, maintaining organization and cleanliness of the store warehouse and exterior loading area, coordinating with Distribution Center and Retail staff to ensure inventory accuracy, conducting regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory, performing light building maintenance, and occasionally assisting the home installation team with deliveries. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, be capable of regular lifting (up to 50lbs) and occasional heavy lifting (up to 75lbs), navigate ladders and stairs, and maintain strong computer, customer service, and organizational skills. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with potential overtime and weekend work. Includes a starting hourly rate of $17.25 plus performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits. The role emphasizes attention to detail, dependability, teamwork with store staff and Distribution Center, and contributing to a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
