Job Summary
Pick up and drop off shipments to back stock and warehouse locations while fulfilling daily store restocks. Collaborate with retail sales associates to reach goals during high-volume periods and answer guest inquiries by taking detailed notes or escalating to supervisors. Perform inventory activities including store fulfillment, regular stock takes, merchandise transfers, and receiving shipments. Execute cycle counts, daily re-stocks, and e-commerce order fulfillment for curbside pickup. Maintain organized back stock areas and adhere to safety policies, including weekly meetings and PPE requirements. Work weekends and holidays as required for seasonal resort operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must have clean driving record and provide a valid driver's license
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Ability to pass background check to company standards
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 35 lbs
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Word
- Experience with POS system
