Retail Warehouse Associate (Lathrop, CA)

Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home furnishings throughout the warehouse and distribution process. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies, while following all safety procedures. Inspect, prepare, and maintain merchandise to ensure products meet Ashley quality standards before customer pickup or delivery. Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support efficient warehouse operations and inventory accuracy. Assist with product preparation, minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging to ensure merchandise is customer-ready. Support inventory management activities, including merchandise tracking, cycle counts, and physical inventories. Demonstrate exemplary customer service by creating positive experiences for customers in the warehouse and in their homes, serving as a professional and trusted representative of the Ashley brand. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while completing required documentation accurately and on time.
