Evaluate and purchase used firearms, acquire inventory into the bound book, and ensure proper payment to customers. Process transactions efficiently while initiating and finalizing all 4473 forms, ATF, and state background checks in strict compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Maintain visual standards through restocking, merchandising, cleaning, and housekeeping, while managing opening and closing duties. Assist customers in making buying decisions by identifying needs and providing product recommendations, handling issues with good judgment. Participate in ongoing training regarding firearms, shooting disciplines, systems, and selling techniques. Local travel required to purchase out-of-store firearms.
