Evaluate, appraise, and purchase used firearms while legally acquiring them into the bound book. Initiate and complete all 4473 forms, conducting final checks on ATF, state, and federal paperwork before firearm transfers. Greet customers, consult on merchandise, and assist in buying decisions to ensure proper payment and transaction efficiency. Maintain visual standards through restocking, cleaning fixtures, and general housekeeping, while performing opening and closing duties. Participate in ongoing training on firearms, shooting disciplines, systems, and compliance. Handle customer issues using good judgment within job scope and communicate program benefits. Local travel required to purchase out-of-store firearms. Starting pay $16.00–$18.75.
