Greet, consult, and assist customers in finding merchandise, processing transactions efficiently, and initiating all 4473 forms. Conduct final checks of ATF, state, and federal forms before firearm transfer, maintaining visual standards through restocking, cleaning, and housekeeping. Perform opening and closing duties, maintain proper tag facing, and participate in ongoing training on firearms, shooting disciplines, and compliance. Handle customer issues with good judgment and communicate program benefits. Local travel required for out-of-store purchases; constant standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
