Job Summary
Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, training Associates on merchandising and processing principles, and leading a team to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor. Duties include orchestrating truck deliveries, maintaining tagging/stocking accuracy, organizing back stock, monitoring team productivity, coaching and mentoring, ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety programs, and partnering with management on training needs. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, maintaining clean and organized stores, and achieving store plans while promoting company standards and programs. Requires flexible scheduling (including nights/weekends) and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
