Job Summary
Conform to Country Cookie policies, sweep floors, clean restrooms, and empty trash containers. Check production boards for orders, prepare hand doughs, operate ovens and mixers, and ensure decorated cookies are in the case. Operate the cash register, answer telephones, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service. Report low ingredient inventories, fill daily production batch sheets, and attend store team meetings. Maintain a tidy work area, handle ingredients and tools, and stay current with social media trends. Work scheduled hours while adhering to physical requirements for lifting over 50 lbs. and prolonged standing.
