Job Summary
Conduct weekly inventory counts at retail locations across the home improvement segment using handheld scanners. Travel with the team to customer sites, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail while meeting productivity goals for performance-based pay increases. Work standing and walking for extended periods, performing physical tasks such as bending, climbing ladders, and lifting items up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment. This active role offers flexible scheduling and paid training for candidates with backgrounds in retail, warehousing, or general labor.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
