Job Summary
Travel weekly to retail locations in the home improvement segment to count and record inventory using handheld scanners. Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while meeting productivity goals to earn performance-based pay increases. Work standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and climbing ladders as needed. Demonstrate core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times. No inventory experience required; training provided. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first six months based on accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
- Climbing ladders when needed
- Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
