You’ll inspire customers, exceed sales targets, and engage customers face-to-face and virtually. Role involves handling questions/complaints, ongoing training on systems, and delivering memorable holiday experiences. The role requires excellent customer service, goal-oriented mindset, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, adaptability to changing processes, and teamwork to collaborate with customers and colleagues. Shift patterns include weekends, bank holidays, and evenings, with a focus on achieving sales objectives and providing a positive customer journey.
