Retail Travel Advisor

Motivated Retail Travel Advisor to join TUI in our Stockport store. You’ll inspire customers and colleagues to create unforgettable holidays by selling holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks and additional products, delivering excellent face-to-face and virtual service, and exceeding sales targets through a commission scheme. You'll work a varied shift pattern including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with training on systems to enhance product knowledge and enable you to bring memorable holidays to life for customers. The role emphasizes customer service, collaboration, adaptability to change, effective communication, and a proactive approach to resolving questions or complaints while maintaining high standards of service.
