Recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks, and additional products by creating unforgettable holiday experiences for customers. Resolve questions or complaints confidently when plans don't go to plan while embracing change and adapting to new ways of working. Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work a varied shift pattern including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings. Exceed sales objectives through excellent customer service and genuine passion for the role.
