Job Summary
Conduct test bank and on-the-job training for all retail employees while completing 6–8-week follow-up teller trainee evaluations. Assist the Retail Training Manager with program development, implementation, and coordination, and support the manager on special projects for Retail Administration. Provide support to all branches and function as a Float Teller and Float CSR. Consistently deliver superior professional service to internal and external customers while demonstrating excellent communication and facilitation skills. Travel to various branch offices to fulfill these duties.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years teller and CSR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of current technology and ability to adapt to changing technology
- Travel to various branch offices
- Stands or sits for an extended period (up to 7.5 hours per day)
- Frequent use of computer
- Ability to report apparent suspicious activity and OFAC matches to the BSA Officer and the Security Officer
- Ability to complete an accurate Large Currency Transaction record for each cash transaction in excess of $10,000
- Ability to properly identify all new bank customers in accordance with the bank's Customer Identification Program
