Job Summary
Mount, balance, rotate, and repair all types of tires including passenger, light truck, large truck, and industrial. Operate company vehicles safely while following traffic regulations, and load/unload inventory to assist with physical stock counts. Use and maintain Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) and strictly follow all safety procedures, training guidelines, and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record; 21 years or older to drive. Available for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with overtime possibly required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- 21 years or older to drive
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift/move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Able to perform repetitive and sustained physical exertions, including bending, lifting, kneeling, and exposure to vibrations
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires
