Job Summary
Retail Tire Sales Specialist responsible for delivering high-level customer service, conducting general sales procedures and clerical tasks, maintaining product knowledge, presenting estimates, and guiding customers to appropriate tire and automotive solutions. Role requires inspecting vehicles with customers, demonstrating products, responding to inquiries, ensuring accurate pricing and timely communications, and upholding store processes such as work-order-flow and digital vehicle inspections. Opportunities for advancement toward Assistant Store Leader. Strong emphasis on safety, professional communication with customers and vendors, and achieving sales and customer-satisfaction goals.
Required Qualifications
- At least six (6) months of previous customer service/sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a strong ability to learn and teach others
- Must be able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a current valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to work a full shift and meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
