Job Summary
Assist customers in selecting merchandise that best fits their needs and preferences while maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, and build client relationships to increase loyalty and sales. Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well presented, and complete all tasks assigned by management in a timely manner. This role requires a high school diploma, previous sales experience, and the ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be able to stand, walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
