Job Summary
Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies and executing customer plans. Manage and inspire a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers from hiring and coaching to performance development. Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store while providing expert, on-site sales consultation to customers. Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs to fuel territory expansion, and cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service. Strategically deploy merchandizers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume, overseeing product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management in collaboration with Full-Time Order Writers. Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results while operating within Mondelēz International's safety and operational guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED
- A flexible work schedule, including being able to work weekends and holidays
- 3-5 years of selling experience
- Strong sales background
- Excellent understanding of business processes and systems
- Ability to perform physical activities including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, pushing, pulling, etc.
- Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check
- Must be located within 40 miles of the specified cities (GEORGETOWN, TX, ROUND ROCK, TX, TAYLOR, TX, HUTTO, TX, ROCKDALE, TX, PFLUGERVILLE, TX)
